Inspired by the rich tradition of alpine amaros, we harvested a bouquet of herbs from our fields to craft a rich syrup with a big juicy mouth feel, a bright citrusy nose, and enchanting herbaceous finish. However you mix it, this syrup is infinitely drinkable, conjuring the lushness of high summer in our hilly, temperate bioregion. Add to seltzer with some bitters for an easy mocktail or combine with brandy or whiskey and hot water for an elevated hot toddy.
